Welcome to OBX Beach Buggies!
We are committed to bringing a
fun, eco-friendly mode of transportation to the Outer Banks of
North Carolina. We rent street-legal, electric golf
carts, also called low speed vehicles or LSV's. Our vehicles are
electric and may be plugged into any standard outlet to charge
the battery. They run clean and are very quiet. They may be
driven on roads with a speed limit of 35 miles per hour or less,
and have a range of approximately 35 miles on a full charge.
So, leave the car at the house and cruise around in one of our
fantastically fun, street-legal, electric vehicles. Forget about
the hassle of walking to the beach with all of your gear. Throw
your surfboard or kayak on the roof rack and hit the water. Ride
to your favorite restaurant or fish market and grab some dinner.
Or, take the cart to watch one of our beautiful sunsets.
